Debudder
DEBUDDERS are used to mechanically
clean the foot of vines. They
do the following : 
Remove young buds from
the foot of the vine.
Clean
up old bark and moss
which can be a home to parasites
Destroy difficult-to-get-at weeds
growing around
the vines.. 
Design
The DEBUDDER comprises
a drum
turning on 2 watertight bearings and fitted with abrasive rubber lashes.
The
drums are rotated by a hydraulic motor which acts on an angle transmission.
The motors are fitted in series with drainage.
The structure
is fitted with a shield to protect the foot of vines in every situation.
